Watching

I am standing here 
At the cross road 
Of what I call
My midlife crisis 

I'm watching you 
Watching me 
Watching the world 
Circling without any sense 

I am laying here 
At the depths of
Never ending stillness 
Aching for inspiration 

I'm watching us 
Watching them 
Watching the earth 
Dissolve within itself 

I am wishing here 
With all my earnestly 
To behold the person 
I am right now
