Silver lining

In an instant flash
My world crumbles around me
All it takes is a single word
To rock my inner core
Guns come out blazing

I'm falling sometimes ...
Who will catch me?
Where's the silver lining
When you need one

I don't carry sky scraper walls
To protect against gale winds
My feelings worn brightly
Like a bikini
On a hot summer's day

I'm falling sometimes ...
Who will catch me?
Where's the silver lining
When you need one

You are constantly fighting
To be number one
Its exhausting to stay on top
Neon sign above your head
Magnet attraction for trouble

I'm falling sometimes ...
Who will catch me?
Where's the silver lining
When you need one

They say it can't rain forever
And the clouds too will disappear
Once a hurricane
Now a gentle breeze
Till the next storm approaches

From the heart Char
