Down on bended knees

What you may receive
I got from observing
People in all their storms
Touching to the heart
Goosebumps running down

I'm down on bended knees
Praying like I have
Never prayed before
I have so much to say

Bound by earthly things
You are free and graceful
Holding no grudges
At peace with the world
On which I judge

I'm down on bended knees
Praying like I have
Never prayed before
I have so much to ask

My faith is tested
Over time and time again
We owe it to ourselves
To question what is mistaken
Failing to be enlightened

I'm down on bended knees
Praying like I have
Never prayed before
I have so much to give

I'll be the vessel
Flowing with words
Like a body of water
I wish to fulfill my duties
Reaching out to you

From the heart
Char
